Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Privilege Management via the pmap_pkru_update_range subroutine. An attacker can overwrite memory that would otherwise be inaccessible by abusing the handling of 1GB largepage mappings, causing the process to treat userspace memory as a page table page.
