Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Time-of-check Time-of-use (TOCTOU) Race Condition in the execve process. An attacker can gain elevated privileges by exploiting a race condition between the installation of a new virtual address space and the update of process credentials, allowing modification of the address space of a privileged binary before its credentials are elevated.
