Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Read via the freerdp_certificate_data_hash_ function when handling certificate cache filenames using the Microsoft-specific _snprintf function without ensuring NUL termination upon truncation. An attacker can cause unintended memory reads or a client crash by supplying a crafted hostname value, such as through server redirection or a specially crafted .rdp file.
