Upgrade freerdp/freerdp to version 3.24.0 or higher.
Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Write in the bitmap_cache_put process. An attacker can cause a crash or corrupt heap memory by sending a specially crafted CACHE_BITMAP_ORDER (Rev1) message with a cacheId equal to maxCells, which bypasses boundary checks and accesses memory beyond the allocated array. This may result in reading and writing to adjacent heap memory, potentially allowing pointer overwrites and further exploitation depending on the heap layout.
