Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Integer Underflow (Wrap or Wraparound) in the server-side handling of static virtual channels when CHANNEL_OPTION_SHOW_PROTOCOL is enabled. An attacker can corrupt heap memory, including live pointers, and potentially execute arbitrary code by queuing oversized channel messages as an authenticated client.
