Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Calculation of Buffer Size via the processing of FramesPerPacket values from MSG_SNDIN_OPEN messages in the Apple audio backend. An attacker can cause undersized buffer allocation and potential out-of-bounds access by supplying specially crafted values that trigger integer overflow during buffer size computation.
