Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free in the smartcard process when worker thread creation fails after device registration. An attacker can cause a crash or potentially execute arbitrary code by triggering thread creation failure during channel setup, which leads to device pointer deallocation while a reference is still retained.
