Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Read in the planar_decompress_plane_rle and planar_decompress_plane_rle_only functions. An attacker can cause a client crash or potentially disclose adjacent memory by sending a specially crafted planar bitmap or surface update with a final control byte that claims more raw bytes than are present in the source buffer.
