How to fix?

Upgrade freerdp/freerdp to version 3.28.0 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Heap-based Buffer Overflow in the freerdp_dsp_decode_opus function when processing Opus audio streams. An attacker can corrupt the heap, crash the client, or potentially execute arbitrary code by sending specially crafted audio data from a malicious RDP server that negotiates WAVE_FORMAT_OPUS with a client built with WITH_OPUS enabled and WITH_DSP_FFMPEG disabled. This is only exploitable if the client is built with WITH_OPUS enabled and WITH_DSP_FFMPEG disabled.
