Upgrade gnutls to version 3.8.12 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to NULL Pointer Dereference in the server-side handling of TLS 1.3 PSK binders. An attacker can cause the server to crash by sending a specially crafted ClientHello message with an invalid PSK binder value during the TLS handshake.
