Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Heap-based Buffer Overflow via insufficient bounds validation in the ReflectEntryPointUsingTint function in the shader module of the WebGPU implementation. An attacker who has compromised the renderer process can exploit heap corruption by crafting an HTML page with WebGPU shaders that specify large bind group IDs in texture bindings, triggering out-of-bounds memory access during sampler-texture pair iteration.
