Upgrade gpac/gpac to version 2.2.0 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Buffer Overflow through the gf_vvc_read_pps_bs_internal function of media_tools/av_parsers.c. An attacker can execute arbitrary code or cause a crash by sending crafted input that triggers the buffer overflow.
