Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Buffer Overflow due to the improper validation of the volume name's length in the grub_fs_mount process. An attacker can manipulate memory and alter sensitive data integrity, potentially leading to a secure boot protection bypass by providing a maliciously crafted volume name.
