Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Update of Reference Count due to improper handling of error conditions when failing to mount an HFS+ filesystem. An attacker can cause a denial of service by triggering a NULL pointer dereference.
Workaround
This vulnerability can be mitigated by ensuring that no untrusted HFS+ filesystems are mounted.
