Upgrade gstreamer to version 1.23.1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Stack-based Buffer Overflow through the parsing of tile list data within AV1-encoded video files. An attacker can execute code in the context of the current process by exploiting the lack of proper validation of the length of user-supplied data prior to copying it to a fixed-length stack-based buffer.
