Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to User Impersonation in quic_build_post_handshake_frames()

. An attacker in possession of a known trusted IP address can bypass IP allow/block list functionality by opening a 0-RTT TLS session with their true IP address and then replacing it with the spoofed one after handshake.
