How to fix?

Upgrade harfbuzz/harfbuzz to version 2.13.1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to NULL Pointer Dereference via the SubtableUnicodesCache::create function when memory allocation fails and the return value is not checked before object construction. An attacker can cause a segmentation fault and crash the process by triggering memory allocation failures, such as through low-memory conditions or custom allocators.
