Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Read in the peer_lookup_tcp function when processing a crafted NETLINK_SOCK_DIAG reply. An attacker can cause the process to read memory past the end of a heap allocation by sending a specially crafted message, potentially leading to information disclosure or application crash.
