Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Resource Transfer Between Spheres via the FileManager1 protocol implementation, which allows the provided path to reference any file type, including scripts or executables. An attacker can access files outside of the intended sandbox and potentially execute arbitrary code by leveraging applications running in a Flatpak or with AppArmor confinement to open folders or files outside the sandbox. This is only exploitable if the application is running within a Flatpak or under AppArmor confinement.
