The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Test your applicationsThere is no fixed version for libinput/libinput.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Command Injection via the libinput-device-group helper process. An attacker can execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges by injecting crafted udev properties, such as REMOVE_CMD, which are executed when a device is removed. This is only exploitable if the attacker has access to /dev/uinput.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by restricting access to /dev/uinput to trusted users only.
