The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Access of Resource Using Incompatible Type ('Type Confusion') via the OOXML document processing process. An attacker can cause application unavailability by convincing a user to open a specially crafted document that triggers a heap buffer overflow during the replaying of deferred parser events for text box elements.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by exercising caution when opening untrusted or suspicious OOXML documents and processing such documents in a sandboxed environment.
