Upgrade libsoup to version 3.6.6 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to HTTP Request Smuggling via improper handling of HTTP requests that use both Transfer-Encoding: chunked and Connection: keep-alive headers. An attacker can cause unintended request processing or disrupt service availability by sending specially crafted HTTP requests that are interpreted as new requests over a persistent connection.
