Upgrade libsoup to version 3.6.0 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to HTTP Request Smuggling due to the improper handling of '\0' characters at the end of HTTP header names. An attacker can manipulate the interpretation of HTTP headers by sending specially crafted requests that include null characters.
