The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Uncontrolled Resource Consumption ('Resource Exhaustion') such that during the process of negotiating the TLS version on the server side, it can revert to the TLS 1.2 implementation of the protocol if it is disabled. This vulnerability allows a TLS 1.2 client to either put a TLS 1.3-only server into an infinite loop processing a TLS 1.2 ClientHello, leading to a denial of service, or to successfully establish a TLS 1.2 connection with the server if the TLS 1.2 implementation was disabled at runtime.
