Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to External Initialization of Trusted Variables or Data Stores via the getenv function. An attacker can manipulate the values of environment variables such as XRDP_SESSION, DISPLAY, and TMUX to influence the local-check logic, potentially bypassing authentication or access controls by injecting attacker-controlled values into the process environment.
