Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling through the handling of multiple E42_SETUP_REQUEST messages over a single SCTP connection. An attacker can cause resource exhaustion or state corruption by binding multiple xapp_ids and disconnecting, which leaves stale subscription state in the iApp.
