The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to NULL Pointer Dereference in the nni_mqttv5_msg_decode_connect function. An attacker can cause the client process to crash by sending a specially crafted MQTT CONNECT packet from a malicious broker, which triggers a NULL pointer dereference and results in a segmentation fault. This can lead to persistent denial of service if auto-reconnect is enabled, causing an infinite crash loop.
