Upgrade netdata/netdata to version 1.36.0-409 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Arbitrary Command Injection when the non-default stream option is enabled. An attacker can supply malicious values for the registry_hostname argument to the health_alarm_execute() function in health.c to execute commands with the privileges of the application user on the target node.
