Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Read in the ngx_http_charset_module process when the charset, source_charset, charset_map, and proxy_pass directives are configured with buffering disabled. An attacker can cause a heap buffer over-read by sending specially crafted requests, potentially resulting in limited memory disclosure or a worker process restart. This is only exploitable if the affected directives are configured together with buffering set to "off".
