Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to HTTP Request Smuggling in the ngx_http_v3_module when HTTP/3 is used with proxy_request_buffering enabled. An attacker can manipulate data sent to backend servers by injecting arbitrary content into proxied requests. This is only exploitable if HTTP/3 is enabled and the proxy_request_buffering directive is set to 'on'.
