How to fix?

Upgrade nginx to version 1.30.6, 1.31.7 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Certificate Validation in the ssl_session_cache process when it is configured without explicit ssl_session_ticket_key rotation. An attacker can gain unauthorized access to protected resources and sensitive information by forging SSL sessions and bypassing client certificate verification. This is only exploitable if shared SSL session caching is enabled without explicit session ticket key rotation.
