Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Integer Underflow in build_rpp() in manifest.c that leads to out-of-bounds access when attempting to shuffle an empty array. An attacker can trigger an infinite loop by providing a malicious RPKI repository containing an empty filelist in a Manifest RPKI object.
