Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to NULL Pointer Dereference when the start_decoder function processes a specially crafted file, it may trigger a memory allocation failure. An attacker can cause a denial of service by exploiting this failure. This is because the function returns early, setting f->comment_list to NULL, but f->comment_list_length is not reset. Consequently, the vorbis_deinit function attempts to dereference the NULL pointer.
