How to fix?

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free in the pseudorename() and mountptrename() functions in fs/vfs/fs_rename.c. An attacker can write to previously freed heap memory and cause unintended filesystem rename/move operations by triggering recursive directory move operations.

Note: This vulnerability can also be exploited remotely via services with write access, especially when exposed over the network (i.e., FTP).
