Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Stack-based Buffer Overflow due to a flaw in the decode_status_report function during the SMS decoding process. An attacker can trigger a stack overflow and execute arbitrary code by sending a specially crafted SMS. This issue arises from a missing bound check for the memcpy length in decode_status_report, although such a check exists in decode_submit.
