Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Stack-based Buffer Overflow through the parsing of responses from AT+CUSD commands. An attacker can execute code in the context of root by leveraging the lack of proper validation of the length of user-supplied data before it is copied to a stack-based buffer.

Note:

This is only exploitable if the attacker has the ability to execute code on the target modem.
