Upgrade oisf/libhtp to version 0.5.51 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Missing Release of Memory after Effective Lifetime via the lzma process. An attacker can exhaust system memory by sending specially crafted traffic, potentially causing service disruption.

Workaround

This vulnerability can be mitigated by setting suricata.yaml app-layer.protocols.http.libhtp.default-config.lzma-enabled to false.
