Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Read through the GroupDesc::unpack process. An attacker can access or modify data outside the intended buffer boundaries by sending specially crafted messages to the affected component.
Workaround
This vulnerability can be mitigated by not exposing the vulnerable component inside an untrusted network until a software patch is released.
