Upgrade opensips to version 3.1.7, 3.2.4 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Input Validation via the msg_translator.c file, which might lead to a server crash.

Note: This issue could not be exploited against a running instance of OpenSIPS since no public function was found to make use of the vulnerable code.
