CWE-320  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade openssh-portable to version 7.4 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Key Management Errors. authfile.c in sshd does not properly consider the effects of realloc on buffer contents, which might allow local users to obtain sensitive private-key information by leveraging access to a privilege-separated child process.
