Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Read via the ioctls of the ltq-ptm driver, which is used to drive the datapath of the DSL line. An attacker can read and write arbitrary kernel memory by interacting with these interfaces. This is only exploitable if the system is running on the lantiq target supporting xrx200, danube, or amazon SoCs with DSL in PTM mode.
