Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Handling of Length Parameter Inconsistency when generating an ICMP error response in the handler process. An attacker can cause the application to read beyond the bounds of allocated heap memory and leak sensitive information by sending a specially crafted packet with a manipulated IP length field that triggers an ICMP error response.
