Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to NULL Pointer Dereference in the processing of unified-diff patch files due to improper handling of consecutive end-of-file newline markers, which can corrupt internal hunk data structures and result in passing a NULL pointer to fwrite. An attacker can cause the application to crash by submitting a specially crafted patch file.
