Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Read in php_stream_http_response_headers_parse() and php_stream_url_wrap_http_ex() in ext/standard/http_fopen_wrapper.c, which allocate location_len + 1 bytes for the redirect target and then dereference the second byte to decide how to resolve it, reading past the end of the one byte allocation produced by an empty Location header. An attacker can trigger a one byte heap over-read whose zero or non-zero value selects whether the redirect resolves against the host root or the current directory, by having a server they control answer with a redirect status and an empty Location header. This requires the application to fetch from an endpoint the attacker controls with follow_location in effect, and the read byte is never returned to the attacker, so the only observable effect is which of the two resolution paths is taken.
