Upgrade pjsip/pjproject to version 2.17 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free via the H264 packetizer when processing malformed H.264 bitstreams without NAL unit start codes. An attacker can execute arbitrary code or cause a crash by supplying specially crafted input that triggers unchecked pointer arithmetic and memory access.
