Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Arbitrary Code Injection via incomplete sanitization of domain names in the notify process. An attacker can cause the backend to update its configuration to an invalid state by sending a specially crafted notify request, resulting in the backend being unable to run after a restart and requiring manual intervention to restore service.
