Upgrade protocolbuffers/protobuf to version 3.25.0-rc1, 4.25.0-rc1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free in the JsonToBinaryStream() function, which can access data that have already been freed and expose it in error messages. An attacker can trigger this behavior by sending malicious chunked JSON data. It is not vulnerable when processing a contiguous stream.
