Upgrade python to version 3.7.17, 3.8.17, 3.9.17, 3.10.12, 3.11.4, 3.12.0-b1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Input Validation in the urllib.parse component which allows attackers to bypass blocklisting methods by supplying a URL that starts with blank characters.

Note: Users should also add strip() function before processing the URL, thereby eliminating this inconsistency.
