Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Heap-based Buffer Overflow via the virtio_snd_pcm_in_cb function. An attacker can achieve arbitrary code execution or cause a denial of service by triggering a heap out-of-bounds write when processing crafted input audio data. This issue exists due to an incomplete fix for CVE-2024-7730.
