Upgrade rsync to version 3.2.5pre1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Input Validation that allows malicious remote servers to write arbitrary files inside the directories of connecting peers because the rsync client performs insufficient validation of file names. A malicious rsync server can overwrite arbitrary files in the rsync client target directory and subdirectories.
